Our programs are in place to meet both academic and social needs of children. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide academic rigor, and we are just as proud of our ability to provide a safe and caring environment for enrichment opportunities. In partnership with parents, teachers, administrators and the larger community, our students are able to enjoy sports, foreign language, drama, arts, music, computers, cooking, PSAT, and homework help and MUCH MORE.
Recent data suggests that children in our SES and after school programs are doing better on state tests.
Our staff will engage, empower and motivate students towards grade level proficiency. The Carney State Standards workbooks, and “Brain in a Box” educational games series, designed and published by CES to help children prepare for tests. These games cover the standards in both language arts and mathematics. They are tools to engage learners with hands-on, sensory, fun activities. Games can be played many times allowing students to build confidence with content standards.
